Synopsis:

Amidst a fresh start at an ancient bookstore, post-divorce Francesca (Fran) inadvertently drops and breaks an old book, revealing an unopened love letter from the World War II era. Juggling her intrigue for the letter with the demands of a new job and the complexities of re-entering the dating scene, she grapples to strike a balance in her transformed life.

Once both of Frans friends find out about the romantic possibilities associated with the letter, Amy, Fran and Jen resolve to deliver the letter to its intended recipient. Fran confronts her own past as their straightforward mission evolves into an unpredictable adventure. A military outpost staffer, and a trusted confidant lend their support, ultimately leading them to Henry, the forgotten sender.

While delving into Henry's history, Fran's own past gradually unfolds. Despite the challenges, she persists, successfully tracking down the intended letter recipient, the enigmatic Sabine and orchestrating a poignant reunion between her and Henry. Simultaneously, Fran navigates her own path to healing, ultimately finding the courage to embrace a fresh chapter in her own romantic journey.
